"Neutral as Possible"? I thought Police were supposed to uphold the law regardless of who was involved. The Police force there is a disgrace to anyone who wears that uniform!! They take an oath to protect and serve not to turn a blind eye.
Those police have no right to be in uniform. They are a disgrace to the police force. For them to stand around and not stop these hostile people from blocking that door is inexcusable. The people trying to come and go were not at all hostile. In fact, they asked for them to move out of their way in a civil manner. For a group claiming not to condone violence they sure the heck were provoking it. They may have had permits to protest but not to block the door.If those were anti-abortionists blocking a door to a clinic they would have gas them and thrown them in jail. Protest is one thing, but to block a door to a viable operation is unpardonable.
Yes, we WILL remember. Outrageous. Do you think the police would behave in the same cowardly manner if this were an abortion clinic, and the people blocking the doors were Pro-Life? No way. Every single Pro-lifer would have been dispersed or arrested. I am so mad right now, my ears are turning red. Where has common sense gone, for heaven's sake?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, these unworthy men and woman wearing a Policeman's uniform are a disgrace. I haven't seen their disgraceful faces on the news, only on blogs. But I do have to say I didn't watch much news yesterday. (I couldn't stomach all of the Hillary and Obama and McCain cheerleaders).
bluesingincat you are right about the abortion and pro-lifer. Plus the pro-lifers would be vilified in the MSM.
You're in good company. I've hated 'em since March of 2005 when they started protesting in front of Walter Reed Army Medical Center in DC. It made matters worse when I found out they sent $650K to "the other side" in Fallajuh.
They've hated me since January of 2006 when I made them move their death dance away from the Main Gate. It's been a hate/hate relationship ever since.
